  • To schedule an appointment email me at therapy@roslynjantjies.co.za. Alternatively you can call or WhatsApp me on 067 236 5697. Please note I am in consultations during the day. It is best to simply send me a message which I will respond to soonest.

  • I offer compatible medical aid rates and can assist you in applying for this. All cash payments must be settled prior to session.

  • Time: therapeutic sessions are booked for one hour. 50 minutes are spent on the therapeutic consultations and the remaining 10 minutes for administrative duties.

  • How often we meet are based on individual needs, symptoms, and treatment methods. Some people require only a few sessions (5-10 sessions) for specific issues, while others with complex challenges may need months or longer. Although weekly sessions are beneficial this is not prescriptive. Using a collaborative approach, we will assess progress and align therapy with your expectations. Concerns about therapy duration can be addressed during initial sessions to create a personalized plan.

  • Before your first session you will be provided with a consent form with all the terms and conditions related to the therapy process. This can be signed electronically before or on the day of the session and you are welcome to ask any questions.
